I am a seasoned Business Finance Broker with an extensive track record in structuring and managing diverse business finance portfolios. With a background in risk/credit, I take pleasure in thoroughly understanding each client and their business needs.
Having been a broker at Westminster for 7 years, my previous roles include Head of Business Banking at St George in WA and senior State Risk positions within the Westpac Group. I specialize in assisting self-employed clients and professionals with a wide array of business and personal finance needs, such as business acquisition, cash flow funding, and property and equipment financing.
My expertise and engaging personality are well-suited for clients who appreciate active involvement and have multifaceted requirements. What drives me is the opportunity to help clients succeed by structuring their finance effectively for growth and prosperity. I am relationship-oriented and results-driven, committed to adding substantial value and fostering long-term partnerships with clients.
Beyond my professional endeavours, I enjoy socializing and spending quality time with family and friends. With four children and an amazing partner, I like to maintain a dynamic and fulfilling life both personally and professionally. I firmly believe in pursuing work that you love, recognizing the importance of enjoying the journey.
I have been with Westminster since very early in my career after completing an Accounting Degree, having now been at Westminster National since 2008.
I enjoy the challenge of dealing with banks and assisting such a variety of different clients with various financial positions and needs. My view is “there is a solution for everything” which helps me find the right solutions to help clients save money on their current debt, or help a business grow through additional working capital or premises upgrades.
I love playing and watching just about any sport I can find (and admit to being a Bombers tragic). I also love travelling and spending time with my wife and son.
I have over 30 years’ experience in the Banking & Finance industry, specialising in equipment finance & cash flow finance for SME businesses. I help small & medium business owners throughout Australia with quick & easy equipment finance and cash flow solutions. I arrange finance on a wide range of equipment including machinery, vehicles, forklifts, yellow goods, solar panels and virtually any business asset.
Many business owners who don’t have substantial loans – don’t have a Bank Manager they can easily call upon. When they need to discuss a finance need, they find themselves having to deal with a centralised Call Centre. Those companies that have a large exposure to one bank often find themselves hamstrung by lending covenants. With a wide range of lenders to suit most businesses, I can match my customer’s profile to the lender that best suits them. My customers know that if they need any information on their existing loans, they can simply call or email me and they will receive a prompt reply.
After previously working for a bank, I became increasingly frustrated with not being able to assist good clients acquire the finance they needed to grow their businesses because they fell outside “Credit Policy”. What motivates me most as a finance broker is being able to use our large panel of lenders to secure finance for a client when their bank has said no.
I’m married with three grown children and 4 grandkids. I Spend Saturdays playing golf, winter Sundays at the local Footy Club and summer Sundays in the garden & watching sport. I’n a long-suffering Fremantle AFL supporter.
My current goals are to reduce my 14 handicap to 12 and improve my short-game.
I have over nine years’ experience in banking and finance and joined the finance broking industry in February 2012 with Westminster National. I have previously worked for the Commonwealth Bank of Australia in migrant banking, assisting customers migrating to Australia with their personal and business banking needs. I assist with all forms of finance; personal, property, business and commercial.

Coming from a family owned and operated business, I know the gains and pains felt by everyday Australian families trying to make a business prosper and can relate to the ups and downs associated with running a business. I recently got married in July 2018 on the island of Madeira, Portugal. I enjoy travelling and keeping fit by cycling, swimming or going to the gym. I also enjoy social sporting activities and I am a keen angler and diver. I am also a proud member of the West Coast Eagles football club.

I have worked in finance for over 15 years. I have been a finance broker at Westminster National for 12 yrs and a director since 2009. I can help with all types of finance and have particular expertise in providing commercial lending solutions to SMEs.
The majority of my clients are SME business owners that have a mix of business lending and personal lending, and I look after their financial needs, both for personal and business/commercial purposes.

I am a West Coast Eagles supporter and have attended their last two winning grand finals and all their home games. I love all sport including; cricket, football and horse racing. And with a family of 3 young children, I’m also kept very busy with their sporting activities.
I joined Westminster National in 2010 as Finance Broker after some 14 years in the commercial lending world holding positions with two of the big four banks.
My background in banking covered most aspects of commercial lending including Equipment Finance, Property, Working capital and home loan lending for directors and shareholders.
My evolution through broking since 2010 has provided a great sense of satisfaction supporting my clients throughout all their funding requirements, offering a vast range of finance products to all debt sizes and industries. Many of my long term network and clients have become personal friends throughout the years which further validates the value we deliver and enjoyment I get from the day to day.
I enjoy keeping active and social with friends and family, also getting out on the water at every opportunity and taking advantage of the great weather and waterways we have here in Perth. Following the eagles keeps me entertained during the colder months.
Before becoming a broker, I held positions in debtor finance, asset-based lending, banking, private wealth and financial services. Although I am an all-rounder and can assist all family members with differing finance needs throughout life, I have a particular interest in business finance.
I can assist with all aspects of business finance including business and cash flow finance, purchase of businesses, growth working capital, plant & equipment, vehicle finance and property acquisitions. I also have significant expertise in dealing with management buyouts, restructures and change of ownership and my strong commercial and business acumen has helped businesses through various economic cycles.

I also help family businesses ensure their lenders only hold reasonable security by assisting them in retrieving personal property assets once the business has matured and earnings warrant a reliance just against the business.
I am focused on earning my place as my clients’ ‘go to person’ or advisor on finance. When I’m not working, I like to spend time with my family, travel with my wife and watch football (Eagles, of course). I am also Chair and Director of two small not-for-profits.
I have been with Westminster Finance for 33 years and provide all types of finance including; equipment, cash flow financing, stock financing and insurance premium financing.
I specialise in assisting private enterprise and government departments with their equipment financing needs. Whether helping sole traders or large Ltd companies, nothing is too big or too small.
I very much enjoy assisting and seeing clients’ businesses grow while helping them through what can be challenging or complex finance requirements.

If you are still reading, this is the part where I tell you a little bit about me. I am in my thirties, happily married with a son under the age of two and love all things sport, travel, and family.
My specialisation is Commercial Property and Development Finance. I have been in the broking industry for 15 years, the last 7 at Westminster National. Prior to this, I worked for a range of banks over 25 years mainly in the Commercial Finance space.
Over the years I have found that lenders, as well as many finance brokers, struggle with Development Finance, whether for built form or land subdivision. I have assisted many clients from small first time developers through to large property developers to successfully complete their developments.
In Commercial Finance, I assist a wide range of clients from small business operators looking to acquire premises to larger commercial property investors looking to increase their investment portfolio.
One of the greatest joys I get from finance broking is helping a client that has come not knowing where to go or what to do next, get the finance they need to see their project through to successful completion. I am very much ‘hands-on’ during the whole process and able to provide guidance via industry experts (such as engineers and valuers) I have developed relationships with over the years.
My wife Raylene and I are now the proud grandparents to two adorable grandchildren and spend as much time with them as possible. I also enjoy watching the AFL, golfing and boating. Raylene and I try to get away overseas at least once a year enjoying the relaxed lifestyle of Bali, our favourite destination.

Being a Perth local, I’ve grown up to embrace the outdoor lifestyle. I’m a keen cyclist and runner having participated in numerous races and long-distance endurance events. I enjoy spending time with my young family and take any opportunity to make the pilgrimage down south or to Rottnest for a relaxing getaway.

I joined the banking world when I was 17 – and was trying to figure out what I wanted to be when I grew up.
A luck would have it I found my way into business and personal lending within the bank, and found that I loved my job and helping others.
After 37 years working in two major Australian Banks, I felt the time was right to use my skills and experience in the finance broking world. I was attracted to the idea of being a broker because brokers do not operate within the “silos” that banks create for themselves – and looking after clients now means being able to offer the best that all of the banks and financiers has to offer – while providing the stability and ongoing relationship and guidance of myself as a broker.
I feel I have a lot to offer clients – including some of my own hard-earned lessons on the use of debt as a tool towards achieving personal and financial goals. I have worked with clients in many industries – including agri finance, fishing, mining services, retail, property, manufacturing and import/exporters.
