20+ years of service
Craig Smithers, one of four dedicated Equipment Finance Brokers (and an avid Richmond supporter), has been with the company for 30 years! During this time Craig has witnessed many market and business changes. He has also settled over 9,500 equipment finance loans ranging from photocopiers to multi-million dollar earthmoving equipment.
Martin Murphy, another priceless Equipment Finance Broker joined the Westminster team 25 years ago. He has a very loyal client base and also specialises in equipment supplier finance where he helps equipment suppliers provide finance solutions to their clients.
Behind every great Broker is a great support person. This is where Michelle Cheater comes to centre stage. For 20 years Michelle has been an integral part of the equipment finance team that helps Brokers find the best lenders to ensure our clients can take on-time delivery of their much needed equipment.
10+ plus years of service
Stephen Heath (or Stretch as he affectionately known in view of his towering stature) has been with us for 11 years and is an ‘avatar’ of the equipment finance broking industry in Australia. He and deals with a vast range of clients right across the country. No one is out of reach for Stretch…
Peta Borsboom celebrating 11 years and Darrylin Bourne 10 years are the dynamic duo that complete the engine room (joining Michelle) supporting our team of Equipment Finance Brokers. This trio is mechanical in their efficiency in settling around 100 loans a month.
Michael Berryman is the fourth of our dedicated Equipment Finance Brokers celebrating 10 years with Westminster. Michael is a ‘master’ of auto finance, and is pretty handy at general plant and equipment finance as well.
Justin Bird, one of the company’s most prolific business writers with a ‘mind like a steel trap’ (and the memory of an elephant) celebrates 10 years with Westminster.
Phil Campilan, our resident residential finance expert has been financing homes and investment properties with us for 10 years and is a valued part of the house of Westminster.
And lastly but not leastly Terry Power, the ‘tower of power’ as we like to call him, has been our CFO for 10 years. Terry ensures all our in-house ‘money stuff’ is taken care of so we can all buy our groceries and go to the footy from time to time.
